Scott Daves, the great grandson of a builder, constructed his first home in 1976 when he was only 13 years old. It was an amazing tree house featured in the Winston-Salem Journal and Sentinel. When other children were asking Santa for the latest toy, Scott asked for tools. Building has been both his love and his passion since youth. After college, Scott worked for several national homebuilders working his way up the ranks to Division President. In 1998, Scott realized his lifelong dream and formed his own construction company. He values every home and every client as a part of his living legacy.

It takes more than knowledge and skill to create a lasting relationship. It takes respect and trust. Scott maintains relationships with homeowners long after closing. After all a part of his heart is in every home and relationship he builds.
